Call a spade a spade - Bush is one of the biggest frauds of his generation.

While at prep school, did he play football? No, he was a cheerleader.

In Viet Nam War, did he come remotely close to battle? Of course not, he pulled strings to get into "Chanpagne Squadron" flying aircraft that were desingated for obsolescence so he had no chance of seeing combat. On top of that, he skipped guard duty (forget all bs the Admin throws at you - if he had reported to his unit in Alabama, he would be able to recall his contemporaries. Out of all the bullshvt I have ever heard in my life, this completely defies logic. Ask any veteran like Wil or Lt. Dan if they could not recall one single person that served with them (Bush could not). If they can't there are only 3 logical conclusions: 1. They are lying. 2. They have Alzenheimer's Disease. 3. They are one of the dumbest motherfvckers that ever walked the earth. As an aside, I can recall minimum 25 people I served with for less time than he was supposedly at Guard Duty at the time for some reason he can't account for where he was.)

He also likes to talk of himself a Texas cowboy oil entrepeneur. Yet when you examine the facts, it turns out his oil company tanked, he cashed out on his stock and did not file appropriate SEC documents and was bailed out of Harken Energy, a company which was non-profitable by his dad's Saudi connections.

Let's stay on the Texas subject for awhile as he likes to present himself as an independent Texas Native who pulled himself up by his bootstraps despite the fact that he grew up in a well to do suburb of Texas in Midland (which his own father acknowledges as a rich suburb like in Conneticut) and that he attended prep school in Connecticut.

He is fond of saying such things as "As we say in Texas, Wanted Dead or Alive" - referring to Osama Bin Laden. As an aside, is that actually a Texas saying?

Mud's personal favorite is when he got carried away with the Texas reference speaking about Saddam Hussein and the inspection process and said rather poorly...

"As we say in Texas, fool me once , shame on me... fool me, fool me twice, won't get fooled again". (it's supposed to be "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me"). Again, besides the fact that he completely mangled the saying, no doubt startling Pete Townshend and the Who (who wrote the lyrics for the classic rock song "Won't Get Fooled Again"), is that really a Texas saying or an old proverb or just another Bush misappropriation?

When Tony Blair promised to back the USA against Iraq, Bush remarked to Blair's staff, "Your leader has cojones" meaning for Blair to back Bush took some balls which by inference means Bush has balls to initiate the thing.

He has some false macho bullshit called something to the effect of the "100 degree club" (admittedly Mud has to research this further)where he bestows accolades on who in his entourage can run with him in 100 degree heat. Like wtf? From a grown man?

Last week as he dumped on his bike, his press secretary came out and said "That's our president - he goes all out. I'm sure he just wasn't whsitling show tunes".

Basically, he was probably the high school laughinstock who probably got wedgies and swirlies on a regular basis and now of all a sudden has reinvented himself as a tough talking war president Texan. All this would be laughable except for the fact of his self-image as some swaggering Texas tough guy which is getting people killed daily in Iraq which is the most meaningless waste of Armed forces and resources since Viet Nam.

This ain't about Democrat vs. Republican, or liberal vs. conservative. It's about finding an alternative to misplaced ego, over-confidence and gross incompetence.

I can't help the fact that he was deficient in intelligence or courage as a young man - fortunately for him he was able to overcome that thru family connections despite lack of academic, athletic, altruistic or scoietal achievements.

For the sake of the nation, he has gotta go.

May want to add.....for the sake of humanity.

I totally agree, this has nothing to do with political philosophy. It is simple common sense. These bunch of losers have only their self-interests as their cause. I hope all you brain-dead straight ticket Repubs. take it to heart.
He is destroying this country. For the sake of your children and their children use your head. Enough is enough.
